Terms of Service

By accessing or using StickyGolf Analytics ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. The Platform is a private, access-controlled tool operated by StickyGolf Pro LLC.

Access to the Platform is restricted to individuals explicitly authorized by StickyGolf Pro LLC. Authorized users receive access via an invitation to the StickyGolf Pro organization in our authentication system. You may not share your credentials or grant access to unauthorized individuals. StickyGolf Pro LLC reserves the right to revoke access at any time.

The Platform is provided exclusively for internal business analytics and reporting purposes. You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any purpose outside of authorized internal reporting • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract raw data in unauthorized ways • Share dashboard access, screenshots, or data with unauthorized third parties • Use the Platform to access data belonging to any party other than StickyGolf Pro

The Platform integrates with Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Klaviyo to retrieve performance data. By authorizing these integrations, you confirm that you have the right to grant access to the relevant accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any API credentials or OAuth tokens you connect to the Platform.

The Platform accesses Google Ads data via the Google Ads API in compliance with Google's API Terms of Service. Use of the Platform for Google Ads data is limited to read-only reporting for StickyGolf Pro's own campaigns. You agree not to use the Platform in any way that violates Google's Terms of Service or API policies.

All software, design, and functionality of the Platform is the property of StickyGolf Pro LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. StickyGolf Pro LLC does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will be complete or accurate at all times. Data sync depends on the availability of third-party APIs (Shopify, Google, Meta, Klaviyo).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StickyGolf Pro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data or business decisions made based on Platform data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify authorized users of material changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where StickyGolf Pro LLC is registered.
