Privacy Policy

StickyGolf Analytics ("the Platform") is a private analytics dashboard operated by StickyGolf Pro LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect data when you use the Platform. The Platform is accessible only to authorized users and is not a public consumer product.

We collect and process the following categories of data to operate the Platform: • Shopify Order Data: Order IDs, revenue, discounts, refunds, country, fulfillment status, and customer identifiers (hashed). Collected via the Shopify Admin API. • Google Ads Performance Data: Campaign impressions, clicks, spend, and conversion metrics. Collected via the Google Ads API on behalf of StickyGolf Pro's own Google Ads account. This data is read-only — we do not create, modify, or delete campaigns. • Meta Ads Performance Data: Campaign-level spend, impressions, clicks, and reported conversions. Collected via the Meta Marketing API. • Klaviyo Email Metrics: Flow and campaign send counts, open rates, click rates, and attributed revenue. Collected via the Klaviyo API. • Authentication Data: User identities are managed via Clerk (clerk.com). We store organization membership to control dashboard access.

All data collected is used exclusively for the following purposes: • Generating analytics dashboards and reports for StickyGolf Pro's internal marketing team • Computing performance metrics (ROAS, CPO, revenue by country, email attribution) • Storing historical data to enable trend analysis We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. Data is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside internal reporting.

StickyGolf Analytics uses the Google Ads API to access campaign performance data for StickyGolf Pro's own Google Ads account. Our use of data obtained via the Google Ads API complies with Google's API Terms of Service and the Google Ads API Sensitive Information Policy. Specifically: • We access only performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions) — no user-level data • API access is read-only; no campaign modifications are made • Data is stored in a secured database and displayed only to authorized StickyGolf Pro team members • Data is not shared with, sold to, or accessible by any third party • We retain Google Ads data for up to 36 months for trend analysis purposes

All data is stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database hosted on Vercel infrastructure in the United States. Access to the database is restricted to the Platform's server-side processes. API credentials (Meta access tokens, Google Ads refresh tokens) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before storage. The Platform is protected by Clerk authentication. Only users explicitly added to the StickyGolf Pro organization can access the dashboard.

We retain performance data (orders, ad spend, email metrics) for up to 36 months. Authentication logs are retained per Clerk's standard retention policy. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at will@stickygolfpro.com.

Authorized users of the Platform may request: • A copy of data associated with their account • Deletion of their account and associated data • Information about what data is stored and how it is used To exercise these rights, contact will@stickygolfpro.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
